General SPA Information Please reserve your treatment(s) in advance by dialling ext. 4315 from your room or by visiting the Spa at your convenience. Spa opening hours are 9.00 am to 7.00 pm everyday. Extended hours are available by appointment only.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time.
Depending on the type of treatment(s) you have chosen, you may be asked to fill out a Spa Health or Beauty Questionnaire. Please take the time to answer all the questions thoroughly and alert our Spa Receptionist/Coordinator to any medical concerns and/or physical ailments you may have.

Loss or Damage
We advise you to remove all jewelry (stud earrings may be worn) prior to your arrival at the Spa, otherwise a jewelry box is provided inside your treatment room.
Upon arrival at the Spa, please go directly to the Reception Bungalow 315. Our Spa Receptionist/Coordinator will re-confirm and briefly explain your scheduled treatments.
For your comfort, disposable underwear, a bathrobe and slippers are provided. Our therapists are trained to appropriately drape you for privacy.
Most of our Spa treatment rooms are equipped with an en-suite shower and/or bath. Signature treatments and packages include a brief period where you will be left alone to enjoy your shower or bath or simply to relax.

Please kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which would affect your service when making your spa reservation.
Female Guests
Pregnancy
If you are pregnant, you may want to avoid treatment(s) using deep pressure and hydrotherapy treatments involving heat. Please inform our Spa Receptionist/Coordinator of your condition upon scheduling your treatment, enabling us to assist you in selecting the treatment(s) most appropriate. If the period of pregnancy is under 3 months, it is best to avoid all body treatment(s).
Spa Etiquette & Policy
Arriving Early
Arriving late will shorten your treatment. Please remember that your treatment must end on time to prevent further delays, regardless of how late you start.
Minimum Age
Spa guests must be at least 16 years of age. Minors may have treatments, but must be accompanied by a parent or a signed waiver. Proof of age may be required.
Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Spa. We recommend that you refrain from consuming alcohol within 8 hours of your treatment.
Respect for Other Guests
Our Spa promotes an environment of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect other guests' rights to privacy and peace. The use of cellular phones and electronic devices is prohibited in the Spa.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or changes in appointments, a minimum 5-hour notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full for any scheduled appointment not attended.

MARÙ SPA BOUTIQUE
(Sold at Marù Spa reception) Bora Bora Lagoon Scrub
Signature product of the Bora Bora Lagoon Resort & Spa, this exfoliating care is an oily gel getting you to the magic universe of lagoon blue atolls, magic white Tiare flowers and legendary sugar white sand. This extraordinary body scrub eliminates dead skin. The coconut powder gives you a healthy glow. The antioxidant mineral Malakite extract, combined with hydrating and softening monoï oil, protects your skin against UV.
Noni Mousse
A gentle cream using Tiare monoï, Tahitian vanilla, Noni extract, Tiare flower extract and sandalwood, this hydrating emulsion will soften your skin and leave it smooth and silky.
Pineapple Scrub
Its unforgettable perfume will get you directly to the pineapple plantations of the Polynesian islands. This rich scrub is composed of organic brown sugar, lychees, monoï butter and vanilla oil. It will scrub and lighten your skin, moisturizing it through the butter action, leaving it smooth and silky.
Tamanu Balm
Coming from the Te Ati tree, a sacred tree, this balm contains coconut oil, bee’s wax and monoï butter. This curative and holistic treatment is widely used by the locals as a preventive care for skin and hair. It regenerates the skin promoting the formation of new tissues. Anti mycosis, it is a natural antibiotic. Tamanu heals sunburns and moisturizes dry skin. It is used as a mask and set for 15 minutes, minimum.
Tamanu Oil
An extract from the Tamanu nut, this pure Tamanu oil is used for its anti-bacterial and regenerating properties. The Tamanu heals sunburns, mosquito bites and skin rashes. Mixed with monoï or your day or night cream, it is excellent to be used daily for protection.
Monoï
Monoï is the Tahitian sacred oil beauty secret. This elixir is added to most of our Marù Spa products. Coming from coconut and Tiare flower, the monoï hydrates, nourishes, and protects hair and skin. It has even been proved that monoï properties exceed jojoba and karite. It can be used for massages, applied on your body for skin and hair, and used in your bath.
Noni Monoï
The Noni oil comes from the steeping of Noni leaves to extract antioxidant and energizing properties. Used for massages, it helps circulation, relieves congestion, helps reduce water retention and helps promote skin renewal.
Vanilla Monoï
Tahitian vanilla and monoï oil are used for luxurious massages.
Pineapple Monoï
Used for draining and firming.
Coconut Monoï
Truly hydrating care for skin and body.
