Equipment
A reasonable amount of meeting equipment, i.e.chairs, tables, blackboards, will be provided at no charge. For a full list of equipment available click here. To ensure proper handling, any electrical requirement must be arranged no later than four (4) weeks prior to the meeting date. Our catering department will be happy to discuss any charges which may apply for special electrical requirements.
Group Coordinator
Once the group is confirmed, all arrangements are made by the group coordinator. This person will serve as liaison between your organization and the hotel for all details of the program.
Trip Director Policy
One trip director will be included for each meal period on a complimentary basis for every 25 paying diners. A maximum of two trip directors per group will be accepted.
Planning
All requests must be received in writing, either by fax or letter. Menu planning, set up, special requirements for meetings and all other necessary details should be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to your function date. Any changes thereafter could result in additional fees.
Menu Planning
Our resort has developed a variety of menus. If these menus do not suit your needs, we are pleased to make adjustments. In addition, our Chef de cuisine will be happy to assist you when planning a very special or seasonal menu.
Prices
All prices indicated are gross and commissionable at 10% and inclusive of local taxes. All menu prices and menu items are subject to change.
Food & Beverage Gratuity
A 15% service charge will be added to all food &
beverage events.

Service Fees
Bora Bora Lagoon Resort strives to provide only the best in service for both large and small private events. Our banquet events are comparable to top restaurant quality. When planning your events, please know that the following service fee guidelines apply:
Groups of 21 - 30: €150.00
Groups of 16 - 20: €200.00
Groups of 11 - 15: €250.00
Groups of 10 & Under: €300.00
Guarantee of Participants
Your guarantee will be the number stated on the Banquet Contract unless we receive a revised guarantee by 11:00 a.m., three (3) working days prior to your function. The number of guests you supply will be the “guaranteed” number of guests and you will be charged for this number. Any cover will be charged additionally. All cancellations must be received in writing.

180 Days Prior: 30% of Group Master Bill
90 Days Prior: 75% of Group Master Bill
30 Days Prior: Full prepayment of anticipated Group Master Bill
